‘Our Town’ still relevent, enjoyable a century later

Set in the early 20th century in the fictional town of Grover’s Corners, the seemingly irrelevant experiences of a young couple experiencing life, love and death in their small town are the subject of one of the most cherished plays in American literature. In Pioneer Theatre Company’s current production of “Our Town,” the play is brought to life to show audiences exactly why it remains relevant even through the vast cultural changes that have taken place since its creation.
