My opinion isn't necessarily favorable, and I don't necessarily like the concept, but if somebody feels like they need it, it's their prerogative. There are so many people who have to have surgery who are probably asking themselves, why would you do that? Why would anyone voluntarily go under the knife? I think it's too bad that people are so unhappy with how they look. I don't think they'll ever be happy. If they can't accept the way they look, they'll never be satisfied. It's kind of shallow.
